I work on backend for web systems: APIs, integration with external services, data persistence, technical documentation, and deployment to cloud environments. I work API-first and document technical decisions along with their trade-offs.
01Who I am and how I work
Software developer focused on backend, APIs, and integration. I like being involved in the whole cycle: modeling data, defining API contracts, building business logic, documenting, and deploying.
I work API-first: contract first, code second, so frontend and backend can move forward in parallel without stepping on each other. I document technical decisions, alternatives, and trade-offs so the team can understand and maintain them.
I'm currently still studying computer engineering; my experience comes from building, deploying, and testing real systems.

About the frontend: it's a secondary contribution; on several modules the interface was built by someone else on the team while my focus was the backend. PostGIS is PostgreSQL's geospatial extension (proximity search and location-based filters).
03Work experience — Backend & infrastructure
I worked at a private company in the digital services industry, serving as the person responsible for backend and technical infrastructure on an operational platform with applications for users, professionals, and the internal team. My work covered three areas: backend architecture and cloud infrastructure, user registration, and the internal team's backoffice.

Social media analytics platform for marketing agencies: it centralizes Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok metrics, keeps its own day-by-day history, and builds reports per client. I designed, built, and deployed it myself: backend, frontend, integrations, and the infrastructure on Vultr and Cloudflare.
View project →Multi-tenant SaaS for inventory, sales, and point of sale, aimed at small retail in Paraguay: weighted-average costing, immutable sale snapshots, multi-currency, and an offline-first POS. I designed and built the backend and its infrastructure: tenant isolation with PostgreSQL Row Level Security that fails closed, encrypted backups with a production-tested restore, and 49 documented technical decisions.
